Lighting production at the Lahti factory in Finland

The new factory in Lahti will strengthen Airam's capacity in the production of lighting fixtures for offices and public spaces. The production facility increases the company's product portfolio and capacity for customization services and ensures that the lighting company's services will continue to be found nearby.

In September 2021, Airam Electric Oy Ab bought the factory of Sähkö-Lahti Oy, as well as its fixed assets and inventory. The new factory strengthens Airam's competitiveness, flexibility and production capacity, especially in the field of professional lighting and customized lighting solutions.

New Airam lighting products

Production at the Lahti lighting factory started in the spring of 2022. The new production facility is specialized in sheet metal luminaires for the needs of offices, public spaces and industry. Airam’s own factory enables the expansion of the product portfolio, especially in the field of public lighting. Aluminium-framed luminaires, downlights, profiles and ramp luminaires for offices and public spaces are manufactured in Lahti.
