Using the remote control, you can create four separate lighting groups or modes and easily control them individually. Besides turning the lights on and off, the remote control allows you to adjust the brightness and color temperature of the lighting. It's also possible to switch between different lighting modes with a single button press!
The remote control can be used with SmartHome series LED bulbs and basic LED strips. It is not suitable for Pixel and Neon LED strips or decorative lights.
The products of the Airam SmartHome series are connected to your home's WiFi network. Generally, these products are controlled using the SmartHome mobile app. However, the SmartHome remote control enables basic control of SmartHome lamps and fixtures with a remote, making it easier for families with children or multiple individuals in a household. The stylish remote control can be easily mounted next to the light switch with the help of the wall bracket!
Connecting the remote control to the SmartHome application:
- Make sure from the application that the SmartHome light source has remote control support enabled.
- Turn off the power to the SmartHome light source from the switch or by unplugging the plug from the socket. Turn the power back on and wait for about 5 seconds.
- Hold down the power button on the remote control for about 3 seconds until the indicator light on the remote control starts flashing.
- The remote control is connected when the light flashes rapidly three times. After this, the remote control icon will appear in the application.
This is how you create a lighting group on the remote control:
- Select the corresponding group button in the application (1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D).
- Select the devices you want to include in the group.
- Set the desired settings.
Tip: You can assign lamps across different groups. Press the remote control's group button and perform the desired function. If you want a situation where all lamps can be turned off at once regardless of the group, group all lamps, for example, under the D button.
