For manual pairing, select a device from the list and follow the instructions in the application to pair the device. If you can't find your device in the list, you can use the Other category.

What do I do if my Airam SmartHome fails to connect?

For connection issues, make sure of the following:

Make sure that the smartphone you are using has Bluetooth turned on (some devices use a Bluetooth connection to make pairing faster and easier).
Make sure your device is turned on and turned on. Also, make sure your device is in pairing mode.
Make sure the WIFI network you are using to connect is not hidden and the connection signal is good. Make sure the WIFI network password is spelled correctly.
Make sure the frequency of the WIFI connection you are using is 2.4GHz.

The homeowner has all the rights to manage the home. A home can only have one owner. Administrators can manage equipment, rooms, and add members to the home. Members can use the devices, but they cannot make changes to the devices or rooms.

Can I use Airam SmartHome on a tablet?

Currently, the Airam SmartHome app is only targeted for use with a smartphone. So the app may not work properly on your tablet.

Can I use Airam SmartHome lamps with a dimmer switch?

Airam SmartHome lamps cannot be used with a dimmer switch. Airam's smart lamps operate with a normal switch, but this may cause the device to return to factory settings.

Can I use Airam SmartHome devices when I am not at home?

Airam SmartHome devices can be used even when you are not at home, as long as the devices are connected to a WIFI network with a working internet connection.

Will I lose my Airam SmartHome settings if I log in to the app on a different phone?

The settings for Airam SmartHome devices are stored in the cloud service. Therefore, the settings of the devices do not change or are lost if you log in to your user with another phone or if, for example, the WIFI connection is lost.
