Consumer customers – how we handle claims

Airam is responsible for defects in products sold to consumers in accordance with consumer protection legislation. These provisions apply to consumer purchases where the seller is a business and the buyer is a consumer.

  • LED lamps: 3-year warranty
  • Electrical products: 3-year warranty
  • Vacuum flasks and thermos products: 10-year warranty against material defects

If you discover a defect in a product you have purchased, please first contact the place of purchase and try to resolve the matter there. In many cases, claims and returns can be handled directly by the retailer.
