Pinea is a general-purpose luminaire with a body made from wood composite manufactured in Finland and a diffuser made from recycled acrylic. The wood composite consists of cellulose fibre and a biopolymer made from renewable materials, with the raw materials sourced from side streams and residues from wood and pulp processing. The luminaire has a luminous efficacy of 145 lm/W and uses an energy efficiency class A light source (210 lm/W). Designed in Kerava, the Pinea body and diffuser are manufactured in Finland, and the product is assembled at Airam’s factory in Lahti. Pinea has been awarded the Key Flag Symbol.
